Agreement
These Terms of Use are an agreement between you and EFN Group LLC ("EFN," "we," "us," or "our"). By downloading, accessing, or using Dashfit, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use Dashfit.
The Apple Standard End User License Agreement also applies to the license for the iOS application. If these terms conflict with mandatory platform terms, the mandatory platform terms control to the extent of the conflict.
Fitness and safety
Dashfit involves physical movement, including stepping, jumping, and squatting. You are responsible for deciding whether you can safely participate.
- Clear at least 2–3 meters of stable floor space and remove trip hazards.
- Secure your iPhone so it cannot fall or create a hazard.
- Use appropriate clothing, footwear, lighting, and supervision.
- Stop immediately if you feel pain, dizziness, faintness, unusual shortness of breath, or discomfort.
- Consult a qualified healthcare professional before beginning if you have a medical condition, injury, are pregnant, or are unsure whether the activity is appropriate for you.
Eligibility and minors
You must be legally capable of agreeing to these terms. A minor may use Dashfit only with permission and appropriate supervision from a parent or legal guardian, who accepts responsibility for the minor's use and play environment.
License and acceptable use
Subject to these terms, EFN grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Dashfit on Apple devices you own or control as permitted by the App Store rules.
You may not:
- Use Dashfit unlawfully or in a way that endangers another person.
- Attempt to interfere with, bypass, exploit, or disrupt the app or Apple services.
- Submit fabricated scores, automate gameplay, manipulate leaderboards, or abuse Game Center.
- Copy, sell, sublicense, or distribute Dashfit except as applicable law expressly permits.
- Reverse engineer the app except where applicable law prohibits that restriction.
Dashfit Pro membership, billing, and cancellation
Dashfit requires an active Dashfit Pro membership. One membership unlocks the entire app. The plans offered in the app are:
- Annual — $59.99 per year, after a 7-day free trial for eligible new members.
- Monthly — $9.99 per month, no trial.
- Lifetime — a one-time payment of $129.99 that unlocks Dashfit Pro permanently. It is not a subscription and nothing renews.
- Annual offer — a $39.99-per-year annual plan, no trial, presented once when leaving the paywall.
Prices are shown in U.S. dollars and may vary by region; the price displayed in the app at purchase time is the price that applies. All purchases are billed by Apple through your App Store account, and Apple's payment terms apply.
Auto-renewal. Subscription plans renew automatically at the price of the plan you purchased until canceled. Your App Store account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period. A free trial converts to a paid subscription unless canceled at least 24 hours before the trial ends.
Cancellation. You can cancel anytime in your device's subscription settings (Settings → your name → Subscriptions) or through the App Store. Canceling stops future renewals; you keep access for the period already paid. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
Refunds. Purchases are processed by Apple, and refund requests are handled by Apple under its refund policies at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Restore. If you reinstall Dashfit or move to a new device, use Restore Purchases on the paywall to regain access with the same Apple account.
Changes. We may change membership pricing or what a plan includes for future purchases and renewals; Apple notifies subscribers of price increases in accordance with App Store rules, and features included in Dashfit Pro at the time you subscribed will not be removed from your membership while it remains active.
Apple services and device permissions
Dashfit may integrate with Apple-provided services including Camera, Vision, Game Center, HealthKit, local notifications, sharing, AirPlay, and external displays. These features are optional except Camera access for motion-controlled gameplay. Apple services are governed by Apple's terms and availability and may change independently of EFN.
You control permissions through Dashfit, iOS Settings, the Health app, and Game Center. Denying an optional permission may limit that feature but will not remove the local core experience.
Scores, estimates, and availability
Scores, distance, motion classification, calorie estimates, streaks, and other outputs may contain errors or vary with device placement, lighting, movement, and sensor conditions. Calorie values are estimates and are not medical measurements.
We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue features. We do not guarantee that Game Center, Apple Health, external displays, notifications, or other third-party services will always be available or error-free.
Intellectual property
Dashfit, its visual design, software, branding, and original content are owned by EFN or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Apple names and services belong to Apple Inc.
Disclaimer
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dashfit is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted availability, or accuracy. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, EFN and its officers, employees, and affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, loss of data, or loss of opportunity arising from Dashfit. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
Changes and termination
We may update these terms by publishing a revised version and effective date. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms. We may suspend access for serious misuse. You may end this agreement at any time by deleting Dashfit.
